Join us for our Ash Wednesday Prayer Gathering on Wednesday, March 5th, at 6:30 pm, following our 24-hour prayer event. Ash Wednesday is an invitation to stop, pause, and reflect on the incredible love already given to us through the sacrifice of Christ Jesus. Whether you're familiar with the tradition or are new to it, Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the Lenten season—a time of reflecting on our mortality and repenting for the sins that separate us from God. As we receive the ashes on our foreheads, we remember that "we are dust, and to dust we will return"(Gen. 3:19b). In this simple yet profound act, we acknowledge our dependence on God, the reality of our frailty, and the hope of the resurrection.
